Free postage on orders over £50!

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. All overseas orders are sent via Air Mail.

Postage prices are based on Royal Mail weight/price tables. All items have been given weights in kgs. (actual weight of item not wrapped for posting) All weights are added up in the checkout and the relevant charge is made automatically. This information will be detailed in the item description and a postage calculator is available before committing to order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of you placing them, however, some items on this site are delivered straight from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive. Other items are ordered in on a weekly basis. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and within 28 days of your order. If you do not receive your order after 28 days please get in touch with us.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our no quibbles guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation.

It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of goods made to the customers personal specifications.

Returns can be sent to JR Sales, 9 Greenbank Road, Bewdley, Worcestershire, DY12 2JF. It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, order number, the website you ordered the item from and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. Please contact us before returning any item.
